Shipping + Delivery

Where Are Your Products Made and Shipped From?

All of our products are handcrafted in Stoneville, North Carolina. We use locally sourced products and prefer to shop at small businesses.

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

We do our best to get orders out quickly. Orders are made and packed within 2 - 3 working days, plus shipping time. Orders are shipped out via USPS. This shipping method typically takes 5-8 working days in the USA, and 8-15 working days internationally.

What If I Need My Order By A Specific Date?

Contact us and let us know your order number or the product you are planning to order and the date you need the order by and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Where Do You Ship?

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Including: American Samoa, Virgin Islands, Guam, Mars Hall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palau and Puerto Rico, America's Armed Forces Europe and Pacific

Reversible Slip-on Bandanas

The reversible two pattern bandana can be worn by slipping your dog's collar through the side openings and then clipping the collar around your pup's neck. Slip-on bandanas require a collar.

Design + Care Instructions

I love my pup's new collars and leashes! How do I wash them?


To keep your pet accessories fresh and new, all bandanas, bows and leashes are washable. We suggest hand washing in mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Do not machine wash.

Please keep in mind that no accessories are indestructible.

General wear & tear will be determined by your pup's lifestyle & behavior (and their playmates!).

Your Bows Are Removable, Right?

Yes! Our bow's unique design includes elastic that your pet’s collar easily slides through to attach securely to your collar, which allows it to still be easily detachable.

Do You Have An Ambassador Program?

We do not have an ambassador program. However, we love collaborating with our loyal fur friends. Contact us with you or your dog's instagram or social media profile and we will be in touch!

Refunds + Exchanges

Return

If you are unhappy with the item you ordered or you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange or refund the item within 15 days of your delivery.

Simply ship the item back to us with a note about the return or exchange and we will refund or exchange the item! Customers are responsible to pay for return postage.
